Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · in effect from 25 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of Bolchaall (bolchaall.com). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Who you are contracting with

The platform is operated by Bolchaall, a sole proprietorship of Ghosia Aslam (Udyam Registration UDYAM-DL-04-0076370; GSTIN 07BZAPA6765N1Z2), B-64, Sangam Park, Near Nanak Pio Gurudwara, New Delhi, North Delhi – 110007, India. That is the party to this agreement, and the party a payment is made to. You can reach us at support@bolchaall.com.

2. What Bolchaall is — and what it is not

Bolchaall is an online platform that connects learners with independent language tutors and provides structured learning material. Bolchaall acts as an intermediary: it makes introductions, hosts the classroom, and handles payments. It does not itself deliver tuition.

Nothing on the platform is a promise that you will reach any particular level of fluency. Learning outcomes depend on your own effort and attendance.

3. Tutors are independent — they are not employed by Bolchaall

Every tutor on Bolchaall works as an independent freelancer. No tutor is an employee, worker, agent or partner of Bolchaall, and using this platform does not create an employment relationship with anyone.

In practice this means:

  • Tutors are not paid a salary by Bolchaall and receive no provident fund (EPF), ESI, gratuity, bonus, paid leave or any other employment benefit. They are responsible for their own taxes.
  • Tutors choose their own hours, set their own availability, and are free to decline any booking and to teach elsewhere, including on competing platforms.
  • Bolchaall does not guarantee any tutor students, bookings, hours of work or income. The platform provides a place to be found and the tools to teach; whether any learner books a given tutor is entirely a matter for the learner.
  • Bolchaall does not supervise how a tutor teaches. It sets standards of conduct and safety, and can remove a tutor who breaks them, but the teaching itself is the tutor's own.

The full terms a tutor agrees to are in the Tutor Agreement, which every tutor accepts before they are approved.

For learners this matters too: your teaching contract is with an independent tutor, and Bolchaall's responsibility is to run the platform, handle your payment fairly, and step in on the terms set out in the Refund Policy if a class is not delivered.

4. Who may use the platform

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account. Tell us at support@bolchaall.com immediately if you think someone else has access to it.

6. Classes, recording and conduct

7. Learning material and intellectual property

The lessons, worksheets, audio, images, software and design on the platform belong to Bolchaall or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own learning while your account is active. You may not copy them, download them in bulk, resell them, publish them, or use them to teach other people outside Bolchaall.

Anything you type, write, draw or say inside the classroom stays yours. You give Bolchaall only the limited licence it needs to store it, show it to the other people in your class, and display it back to you.

8. Keeping arrangements on the platform

Bolchaall carries the cost of finding and verifying tutors, running the classroom, handling payments and resolving disputes, and it recovers that cost from platform fees. So, while your account is active and for 12 months afterwards, you agree not to arrange, take or continue paid tuition outside the platform with anyone you first met through it, and not to exchange personal contact details for that purpose.

Doing so is a serious breach. It may lead to closure of the account, forfeiture of unpaid earnings or promotional credits, and recovery of the fees that were avoided.

9. Payments

Prices, lesson validity, cancellation windows and refunds are set out in the Payments, Lesson Validity & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers; Bolchaall does not store your full card details.

10. Suspension and closure

Bolchaall may suspend or close an account, withhold a payout, or reverse a credit where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, abuse, a safety risk, a chargeback, a breach of these Terms, or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

You may close your own account at any time from your dashboard.

11. Availability

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We work hard to keep it running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service: maintenance, third-party outages (video, payments, email) and your own internet connection can all interrupt a class. Where a class is lost because of a failure on our side, the remedy is a re-scheduled class or a credit — see the Refund Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bolchaall is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity, data or reputation. Where Bolchaall is found liable, its total liability to you across all claims is limited to the amount you actually paid Bolchaall in the three (3) months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, this clause does not take away rights the law gives you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to reimburse Bolchaall for losses, claims and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make a material change we publish a new version with a new version number and effective date, and ask you to accept it the next time you sign in. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the change. Every version you have accepted is recorded against your account, with the date.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi (Delhi) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them, and you agree to submit to that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause removes a consumer's right to approach a consumer forum where the law entitles them to do so.

Before starting proceedings, please write to us first — most disputes are settled far faster that way.

16. Grievance Officer

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, complaints about content or platform conduct may be sent to our Grievance Officer:

Ghosia Aslam, Grievance Officer
Bolchaall, B-64, Sangam Park, Near Nanak Pio Gurudwara, New Delhi, North Delhi – 110007, India

We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.
