These Terms apply to anyone who refers someone to Bolchaall — whether as a registered
promoter or as a student sharing an invite link. They form part of the
Terms of Service.
1. The programme is an offer, not an entitlement
The referral programme is a promotional offer. It is not a contractual right, not a
commission agreement, and not a guarantee of income.
Bolchaall may change the rates, the qualifying conditions, the payout thresholds, or withdraw the
programme entirely, at any time and at its sole discretion. Changes take effect when
published. Referrals already confirmed and approved before a change are honoured at the earlier rate.
2. Mistakes cannot be claimed
If an amount, rate or credit is shown to you in error, you cannot claim it.
Bolchaall may cancel, reverse or recover any referral credit or payout — without liability and
without owing you compensation — where it arose from:
- a display, calculation, pricing or system error;
- a software fault, a duplicate entry, or a test transaction;
- a referral that did not actually qualify under these Terms;
- a payment that was later refunded, reversed or charged back;
- self-referral, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, or referring someone who was already a user;
- spam, misleading claims, paid search on Bolchaall's brand name, or any other abuse.
An amount showing in your dashboard is an estimate until it is approved and paid.
Seeing a figure on screen does not create a right to it.
3. When a referral earns
- The person you refer must be genuinely new to Bolchaall and must sign up using your link or code.
- Earnings arise only when that person pays for and completes a qualifying class,
and only after the refund and dispute window for it has passed.
- The rates that apply to a referred student are the rates recorded at the moment they signed
up. Later changes to published rates do not apply retrospectively, in either direction.
- Where a two-level structure is offered, level-2 earnings arise only on the terms published at the
time.
4. Getting paid
- Approved earnings are credited to your promoter wallet and can be withdrawn once the balance reaches
the minimum payout shown in your dashboard.
- Payouts go only to a bank account verified in your own name. Bolchaall may ask for identity and tax
details before paying, and may withhold tax where the law requires it.
- You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.
- Clawback: if the underlying payment is refunded, reversed or charged back after you
were credited, the amount is debited back from your wallet. If your wallet cannot cover it, it is set
against future earnings.
- Unclaimed earnings on a closed or inactive account lapse after 12 months.
5. You are independent
Referring people to Bolchaall does not make you an employee, agent, partner or
representative of Bolchaall. You may not:
- say or imply that you speak for Bolchaall, or make promises on its behalf;
- quote prices, guarantees or outcomes that Bolchaall has not published;
- use Bolchaall's name, logo or material in a way that suggests you are part of the company;
- register domains, social accounts or ads that could be mistaken for official Bolchaall channels.
You cover your own costs of promoting, and you are responsible for anything you say while doing it.
6. Fraud
Fake signups, self-referral, incentivised or bought signups, bulk unsolicited messaging, and any
manipulation of tracking are fraud. The consequence is forfeiture of the entire balance and closure
of the account, and where money has already been paid out, recovery of it.
7. Law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi (Delhi) have exclusive
jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
