This Policy explains what you pay, how long what you buy stays valid, and when money comes back. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the prices that apply at the moment you check out. Applicable taxes are added or shown separately. Your bank or card issuer may add its own conversion or transaction charges, which Bolchaall does not receive and cannot refund.
Lessons, class packs, credits and subscriptions expire. The validity period is shown on the product before you pay and again on your receipt — for example "10 classes, valid 90 days".
When the validity period ends, any unused lessons or credits lapse. They are not refundable, not transferable, and not extendable, and they carry no cash value.
Validity runs from the date of purchase unless the product says otherwise. We send you a reminder before your balance expires, but it is your responsibility to use your lessons in time.
If something outside your control stopped you from using them — a medical emergency, a bereavement, a long platform outage — write to support@bolchaall.com. Bolchaall may extend the validity at its discretion, as a goodwill gesture. That is a favour, not an entitlement, and doing it once does not oblige us to do it again.
Your first trial class is protected. If it is not right for you, tell us within 48 hours of the class and we will either move you to another tutor or refund the trial in full. This applies once per learner.
Problems with your own device or internet connection are not grounds for a refund, though a tutor may choose to reschedule as a courtesy.
Cashback, bonuses, referral credit, comp classes and any other credit that you did not pay for are promotional credit. Promotional credit:
Where a wallet holds both paid money and promotional credit, promotional credit is spent first.
A material or class subscription runs for the period you paid for and ends on its expiry date. Access stops at expiry, on every device including the mobile app. Part-used subscription periods are not refunded. If a subscription renews automatically, that is stated at checkout and you can turn it off in your dashboard at any time before the renewal date.
If you dispute a payment with your bank instead of contacting us, your account may be suspended while the dispute runs. Where a chargeback is decided against you, Bolchaall may recover the amount, plus the processing fee charged to it, from your wallet or by other lawful means. Repeatedly buying and refunding, or claiming a refund for a class you attended, is abuse and may end your account.
Write to support@bolchaall.com with your booking reference. We answer refund complaints within 30 days. Clause 15 of the Terms of Service (governing law and New Delhi jurisdiction) applies to any dispute under this Policy.
